Plus: crafts from local artisans, pre-order Christmas Trees in support of the Oak Bay Parent-owned Co-op Preschool, and an opportunity to support the students of The Canadian College of Performing Arts.
Plus: Live Jazz and Bossa Nova with local musician Steph Khoury.
