Plan Your Visit

Now that our province has entered its re-start phases, we are pleased that we are able to offer in-person worship at St Mary's, and now that we have enterd Phase 3, it's even easier. We no longer require pre-registration for Sunday services, we still encourage you to use our PLAN YOUR VISIT feature each week, just to be sure we don't get too crowded.

Here's what you'll experience when PLANNING YOUR VISIT to St Mary's, while restrictions are still in place:

First: Click on a PLAN YOUR VISIT button: you'll find one in the main menu of any page, or on event posts for which you need to pre-register:

Step 1. In the pop-up that appears, click on the number of people in your party, and then click the Next button:

Step 2. Enter your first and last name, and then click Next:

Step 3. Enter your email address. A confirmation email will be sent to this address. Then click Next:

Step 4. Enter your phone number (for contact tracting purposes), and click Next:

Step 5. In Step 5, you need to choose the addres/location of the event you're registering for—there's only one choice, so click on St Mary's, Oak Bay to proceed:

Step 6. Select the upcoming date of the service you wish to attend:

Step 7. Choose one of the services on the selected date—for example, Indoor or Garden:

You're done! The confirmation page will give some instructions on how to cancel your reservation if it turns out you cannot attend after all. This is very helpful as it will release your space for someone else to use. You'll also receive an email from admin@stmarysoakbay.ca with this information—if you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder, and try adding 'admin@stmarysoakbay.ca' to your list of contacts.

If you don't have an email address, feel free to phone the Church office (250-598-2212) before 1pm Thursday of the week you're planning to visit, and leave your name, phone number, the date you wish to visit in person, and whether you wish to sit indoors or outdoors in the garden.
