Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the parishioners of this parish will be held on the 23rd day of February, 2024, at 11:30am, in the West End of St Mary's for the purpose of receiving the Annual Report for 2024, election of officers for 2025, and approval of the 2025 Budget.
Note that our meeting will begin with a light lunch and special welcome of new parish members and guests.
All are welcome, although in order to vote at the meeting, ‘one must be a parishioner of at least 16 years of age and have been in regular attendance at a church in the diocese for a period of three months immediately preceding the meeting, unless unable to attend due to health or other reasonable causes.’ (Reg R7.5.1.E)
A copy of the 2024 Annual Report, including the proposed 2025 Budget will be emailed to the current parish list, or may be obtained in person during Sunday worship and other opening, or by email from the parish office by request (admin@stmarysoakbay.ca).
